Some assets in this file belong to other authors. Elysium Estate is full of foliage, beautiful fountains, plenty of detail, features to customize, full crafting and much more! I have about 3 months of in game time gone by, and I've yet to see any crops respawn in any of the locations I've picked them, and all the plants near Whiterun, which I picked early on in the game, have not respawned. Different houses offer different features, with some having crafting stations, weapon displays or even cheat chests.
